Introducing the earthed collective
We are a trusted team of independent sustainability consultants built specifically for entertainment and live events.
We understand industry nuances and language. We know what a rider, a get-in, or a freight schedule actually means, we have managed and built them ourselves.
Our founding cohort brings specialists in carbon accounting, supply chain and procurement, venue and production, circularity and materials.
The biggest sustainability challenges can't be solved by one person. They require specialists. We have brought them together.
Our Founding Cohort
Our Approach
At EARTHED, we believe the best sustainability outcomes are achieved through collaboration. The Collective brings together a trusted network of independent specialists, allowing us to build the right team around every challenge rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach.
Whether supporting a single project or acting as an extension of your organisation, our approach is founded on five core principles.
1. Understand Before We Advise
Every organisation, event and production is different. We begin by understanding your ambitions, operational realities, stakeholders and constraints before recommending solutions. By listening first, we ensure our advice is practical, proportionate and aligned with your objectives.
2. Bring Together the Right Expertise
Sustainability spans a wide range of disciplines, from carbon accounting and circularity to procurement, biodiversity, social impact and regulatory compliance. Rather than expecting one consultant to cover every area, we assemble the most appropriate combination of specialists from the Collective to deliver the greatest value for your project.
4. Work Alongside Your Team
We see ourselves as trusted partners, not external advisors. We collaborate closely with your people, suppliers and stakeholders, sharing knowledge, building capability and creating solutions together. Our aim is to leave your organisation stronger, more confident and better equipped to continue the journey independently.
3. Deliver Practical, Actionable Solutions
Our recommendations are designed to work in the real world. We combine strategic thinking with operational experience across live events, music, sport, broadcast, venues and the wider entertainment supply chain, ensuring sustainability becomes embedded into decision-making and day-to-day delivery.
5. Create Lasting Impact
Success is measured not by the production of reports, but by meaningful change. We help clients establish clear priorities, implement robust measurement frameworks and track progress over time, ensuring sustainability delivers tangible environmental, social and commercial value.

You may have encountered one or more of the following issues:
Sustainability data requests from clients such as carbon footprint numbers or providing a sustainability policy but you don’t have any of this information
You fall into a bracket to supply evidence and data for a sustainability standard or regulation such as CSRD or CBAM, however, you have not done this before
It is essential you future proof your business for any mandatory compliance and you want to get ahead of these
A client has mandated that you fill out a sustainability submission in order to work on a project such as CDP or EcoVadis and you don’t have the time or expertise to do this
You want to instil a better and more forward thinking culture into your workplace by taking action on sustainability and social impact topics but you are not sure where to start
You have noticed sustainability is increasingly heavily weighted in tenders (sometimes up to 40%) and you want to be able to answer the questions with confidence
You want to address these issues but you:
can’t justify hiring an in house sustainability expert
don’t have the capacity or budget to run multiple sustainability consultancy projects
need flexible advice and multidisciplinary sustainability expertise as challenges evolve at a regular cost
