Who we are

Phoebe is an independent sustainability consultant working across the music, media, and entertainment industries, with a focus on supporting supply chain companies to drive meaningful and measurable change. A registered environmental professional (REnvP) and Practitioner Member of the Institute of Sustainability and Environmental Professionals (PISEP), she also holds an MSc in Environmental Sustainability.

With extensive experience in low-carbon event production and sustainable business strategy, Phoebe specialises in sustainable solutions, data-driven reporting, and social impact creation. She previously served as Sustainability and Social Value Manager for a technical production company, where her work earned several industry accolades — including the inaugural TPi Green Award — for pioneering sustainable initiatives in live events.

Whilst this role, Phoebe led on the sustainability and social impact strategies for clients of the organisation including; the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games, the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, and B Lab UK.

Phoebe also worked as a Principal Consultant for industry-leading consultancy Hope Solutions, where she led projects on sustainability strategy, implementation, and reporting for The Earthshot Prize Awards, Eurovision, and Radio 1’s Big Weekend.

Passionate about embedding sustainability at every level of the sector, Phoebe acts as a specialist consultant to the Professional Light and Sound Association (PLASA) and leads their sustainability initiatives, including an industry-wide effort to standardise Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) reporting frameworks. She strongly believes in the power of transforming the supply chain as the key to enabling the whole industry to transition to a low-carbon future.
